From signup to payout, we’ve got you.
Sign Up & List Your Item
Create your account and list your first item: upload photos, add details, and suggest a price. Choose your plan (Free or Campus Swap Pickup) during setup—you can always upgrade later.
Items Approved
We review and approve items that meet our criteria. You’ll see your final price when approved.
Secure Your Spot
Free Plan: Confirm your pickup details (address, phone, week)—no payment. We confirm by April 20th if we have warehouse space. Max 3 items.
Campus Swap Pickup: Pay the one-time $15 pickup fee and select your week. Add your card when prompted. Guaranteed pickup. No extra per additional item; $10 each for extra oversized items (we mark during approval).
Why do we charge a fee?Pickup
We schedule by area. You get a window; someone must be home. We text before we arrive.
Get Paid
Your items are stored and sold at our retail store near campus June 1–Aug 31. Buyers browse in person. Store location coming soon. You receive 20% (Free) or 50% (Campus Swap Pickup) of the sale price via Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle when yours sells. Add your payout info in your dashboard; we process within a few days.

Seller FAQ
What items can I sell?
- Larger items that typically sell for ~$50+
- Examples: couches, mini fridges, mattresses, futons, AC units, TVs
- No small or low-value items
What happens if my item doesn't sell?
- In the unlikely event that your item doesn’t sell, we donate it to a local Goodwill or Habitat for Humanity store
When will you pick up my items?
- We organize pickups by area during move-out
- You’ll get an email 1-2 days before with your window
- We’ll text or call 30-60 minutes before we arrive
Do I need to be home for pickup?
- Yes. Someone must be home to let our team in
- We’ll contact you before we arrive
What if I’m not home when you arrive?
- We’ll call you
- If you can’t get home quickly, we’ll try to reschedule once within the pickup period
