From signup to payout, we’ve got you.
Sign Up & List Your Item
Create your account and list your first item: upload photos, add details, and suggest a price.
Items Approved
We review and approve items that meet our criteria. You’ll see your final price when approved.
Pickup
We schedule by area and come to you — no fees, no hauling. You get a window; someone must be home. We text before we arrive.
Get Paid
Your items are stored at our storage facility near campus and sell all summer. You receive your payout percentage of the sale price via Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle when your items sell. Add your payout info in your dashboard; we process within a few days.
The More You Share, The More You Earn
Your payout starts at 20% and grows 10% for every friend who uses our service — up to 100%. No fees. No tiers.

Seller FAQ
What items can I sell?
- Larger items that typically sell for ~$50+
- Examples: couches, mini fridges, mattresses, futons, AC units, TVs
- No small or low-value items
What happens if my item doesn't sell?
- In the unlikely event that your item doesn’t sell, we donate it to a local Goodwill or Habitat for Humanity store
When will you pick up my items?
- We organize pickups by area during move-out
- You’ll get an email 1-2 days before with your window
- We’ll text or call 30-60 minutes before we arrive
Do I need to be home for pickup?
- Yes. Someone must be home to let our team in
- We’ll contact you before we arrive
What if I’m not home when you arrive?
- We’ll call you
- If you can’t get home quickly, we’ll try to reschedule once within the pickup period
